I purchased a new Samsung refrigerator and paid for it two weeks before we moved so that we could have refrigeration on the day after we moved to our new home. The fridge was good for delivery and I was tracking it when it disappeared. I rang and was told to contact the delivery coordinator for whom I left both voicemail and text messages. With no response. I heard nothing at all until the following afternoon when I had a call half an hour before delivery. The delivery guys said they knew nothing about it being a day late. Unreliable delivery and poor communication.
