The washing machine itself is perfect and the protective delivery packaging did its job.
The only downside was the fact that I am pretty sure I requested the pick up of my old item through the online purchasing form and I have highlighted this with the delivery guy. He has been immovable and showing me his phone saying "delivery only" he refused to get my old washing machine.
