Very poor communication, apart from an invoice sent there has been nothing. Other places inform as to what stage the order is up to or when the delivery date will be. I could have just got one from the shop. My old jug is broken and I’m needing this now.
I HAVENT GOT THE ITEM ITS NOT DELIVERED YET.
