I received broken screen lg tv. When I complain straight away they just delaying. I did ordered on 10th of April and still having broken tv with me. Delay in respond, customer service 0 not responding my emails phone calls on time. Still I m hoping to refund my amount or get a fresh item. I hope they will sort out my matter on Tuesday as they said.
