I had bought 2 items from LG. The dolby atmos sound bar exceeded my expectations. The online order process was seamless. Delivery was quick as well. However with the 2nd item I had ordered, i am not satisfied with the product. I had requested to return the product by filling the online form on 15 April 2022. I have not heard anything yet about the return process.
