I purchased a Miele TriFlex vacuum. Good deal, however I haven't been able to get it to work. It seems like the battery won't charge properly. Spent 30 minutes on hold to the Miele customer service line, then when I finally got through they said I need to talk to a different department. After 15 minutes waiting I hung up. I understand it is out of Appliance Essential's hands, but they are selling a faulty product. When I mentioned vacuum to the Miele woman knew exactly what model vacuum I was calling about, without me having to tell her. I am going to ask for a refund.
