Super fast and efficient delivery, it was going really great.. until the delivery guy ruined the day saying that he couldn't install it, as the old taps were stuck and I needed a plumber. I rushed to book a plumber.. In the evening my son dropped in and unscrewed the old taps by hand and installed the machine in 5 minutes. The plumber booking was cancelled..
