Telephoning your office was difficult. Recording speeds up and is indecipherable. Then dead air , music stops. Takes a while to get through. Then put in hold and left on hold. Took five phone calls to get through. When I did get through staff member couldn't either find my order, or the EFTPOS machine! Had to call back AGAIN!
