Price was great
Website easy to use
All was well until we were told TV was despatched and we confirmed next day delivery was OK
From there we went on a 5 day stressful journey of trying to get it delivered
On two occasions promised delivery did not eventuate
There were several unsuccessful phone calls to locate the delivery
When it finally arrived it was late
The delivery process and procedures need a complete review and revision
You need a better delivery service
