I bought a washing machine for delivery. The product itself is no problem but the delivery service was terrible. I was told on the day of the delivery I will get a call in the morning about the 2 hr. delivery window. But that didn't happen instead got a text message the day before with a link to track the delivery. And it shows between 9-12 am, however it didn't arrive so I had to call the delivery company. By the time it shows up is 2 pm. The delivery guys were rushing and rough and in the process, they crush the edge of my tile when unloading the machine and dented the back of the machine as well. I understand their price is competitive and I am not sure if this is just a one of incident but with delivery services like these I might not be coming back!
