I am very unhappy with the company you have chosen to deliver my goods.
They received my TV from you at 1:37pm on 24th Aug. They have had my TV sitting in their depot for 7 days.
I rang them yesterday 30/10 to ask when they would be sending it on to me, and was told maybe tomorrow or the next day.
I am not at all happy with this.
