The online service and purchase was good. They never kept me waiting too many days before delivery of the above item. As far as the above cooker goes; i noticed that there seems to be only a little energy being delivered at low cooker numbers i.e between 1-9. At number 9 it seems to deliver its' rated energy? I wish that it had a true rated WATTS indication of heat delivered. I plan on not using the BOOST i.e FAST COOKING function as i guess that it would affect the coils life span?
