We had a washing machine delivered and installed on Monday, 29 August. The delivery was as expected, but the installation left a little to be desired. Our old washing machine was situated on a wooden platform; the new washing machine was situated on the same platform. Unfortunately, in the process of installing the new washing machine, the wooden platform was moved so that the platform is no longer parallel to the wall. As the new washing machine is very heavy, we are unable to adjust the wooden platform so that it does not stick out at an angle. It would have been nice if the installers were more careful. If possible, when you have installers in this area again, could they please adjust the wooden platform?
