Friendly delivery staff, but the delivery service should extend to unpacking and removal of packing materials. My last whitegoods purchase was a fridge. They delivered and unpacked the fridge, and then removed the packing materials.
Please also review your removal of old whitegoods policy. A disconnected freestanding stove is no different from a fridge. There is no discernible logic behind free removal of the old fridge but I had to pay extra for the removal of the old freestanding stove which has been disconnected.
