Delivery time expectation set was 2 weeks or longer. Then told it would be 3-4 days. Then it just rocked up. So it was quick, which is great, but impossible to plan for.
Worse still, it was a big screen TV being delivered to my 84 year old Mum. They didn't knock they just left it outside in the elements and she had no idea until she went out later. I realise it's the courier company you use at fault, but that's ultimately part of your product offering.
