The ordering process was easy and they have dispatched the product very early on the first business day.
However, they are using a sub-optimal courier service (Aramex) that has picked up the appliance on early Monday (from the warehouse in Sydney) and delivered it to the also a Sydney location 5 days later.
Therefore, one has to stay home every day to get when the customer-unfriendly Aramex courier will decide to deliver there.
So, I will not order again from them if they will be using this courier anymore.
