Arrived promptly sensibly and efficiently packaged.
I received what I expected and so far usage is living up to expectations. Love the adjustable handle and the on/off button no need to permanently hold it on unlike my old Dyson.
Instruction manual could have slightly better diagrams for the various heads and purpose, I needed to go to web site to confirm I had the correct one for correct purpose.
