They delivered my fridge in the time frame specified, and plugged it in for me but left all the packaging downstairs outside. I live in a third-floor apartment with my baby and toddler so I had to carry them both down the stairs immediately to deal with all the packaging which they'd left on the grass out front. This was a bit inconvenient.
