Product (microwave) was good value and dispatched promptly. It works well.
However lost points for the delivery company (Aramex) - terrible. They said they were going to deliver it on a certain day, didn't contact me beforehand (as the Appliance Central website said they would) and then didn't deliver. No card in my letterbox. Their website simply said 'there was a problem'. It mysteriously arrived a week later, again no contact beforehand - sheer luck I was home.
