Price was good, transaction experience was good, delivery was bewildering. During the course of the online transaction, I was asked to select the delivery date - 31/3/23, 1 month from the date of order approx.. However, when the order email confirmation came through, no delivery date was specified, so I phone Appliance Central and explained that I did not want the delivery to take place until the 31/3/23, some 4 weeks later. So, 2-3 days later the appliance was delivered, approximately 4 week early. Exactly what I had asked NOT to happen. Seriously, what do you have to do to get it right?
