The order was despatched promptly and we were kept informed of tracking. The courier company Aramex stated on their tracking app that a signature was required and if not home would be taken to the nearest Post Office. In fact, the order was dropped at my front door without a signature while we were absent for 2 days and the weather was rainy. Please ensure that the courier delivery does not leave electrical appliances at the front door without a signature!
