As soon as I open the box my tv remote is faulty and doesn't work. So I informed appliance Central and you referred to speak to Samsung Australia. After in touch with Samsung. I am still waiting for the replacement remote. Almost a month now. They can't do anything and they are out of stock. Such a horrible experience.
