Service from company was good. Package arrived quickly but I’m not impressed with the Panasonic HDD recorder DMR-HWT260. Its menu structure is terrible and SW design is archaic with too many functions needing pre conditions or special set up provisions. It is very slow to change functions and it’s CPU is about as fast as an old IBM PC. My very old (10!..yrs) TopField is heaps better.
I am seriously considering returning it. This is not a criticism of Appliance Central but is of the product.
