All comms & delivery times were excellent however the delivery man was obviously in a rush. I watched him carry my large tv from back of van to front door and looked very unsafe. At the front door he placed one end safely on the doorstep but the other end slipped from his hands and landed VERY HARD on the concrete!!! I hope it hasn't damaged the long term performance of my purchase...
