The microvawe was ordered online on the 24/9/23. With a clear instruction to leave the goods at the patio of the granny flat at the back of the property. On 26/9/23 Aramex delivered the goods but took it back with them because I was not in the premises to sign the receiving of the goods. I called you and your receptionist told me there may be a pick up depot near me but she never got back to me. I sent another email 2 days later and again asked to deliver and leave the goods without my signature since I live alone and I work everyday . Again you replied in an email 2 days later and again wanted me to declare to accept the risk of the goods being missing or stolen had the goods were delivered without a receiver signature, which I did. The goods finally delivered on 5/10/23. I was not impressed by the way you deliver the goods. Had I known that a receiver signature is mandatory then I will definitely not proceed with the purchase because I will not take leave from work just to stay home and wait for your delivery. And your receptionist never called me back I think the duty of customer cares and responsibilities have been breached.
