I had asked to pick up the TV I bought and will contact the store and the item was delivered without any warning prior. This was a present and my mother of 83 was panicking when the delivery was done.
So the surprise was ruined.
No communications at all.
In saying that the price was good but the company involved with deliveries has no idea.
