I purchased an expensive TV. It was DOA. Instead of sending me another, they made me go through the manufacturer, who made me go through a repair company, and on the first visit, the guy came just to check it was broken and what pieces he should bring to try and fix it. I've been waiting for a month with a broken TV in my living room.
