Appliance Central were great! I would give them a 5 star rating. However, the delivery company they use were not!! I received an SMS the night before stating that delivery would be between 8.30am and 5pm. I drove to the property where it was to be delivered and waited. I received no other communications until an SMS around 12 on the day of delivery - sorry it won't be delivered. Text or call to reschedule. The delivery company did call back and I was guaranteed delivery the next day. Yes it did arrive BUT why send an SMS if you're not going to deliver on the day stated in your correspondence PLUS the delivery company would have known first thing that morning that they weren't delivering.The excuse - higher demand due to Black Friday sales volumes. That's OK but don't send the SMS that you are delivering!!!
