The delivery was cancelled last minute on the day. When I called the customer service they didn’t even know. After a few calls they still couldn’t provide any useful information but was told that it’s due to the Black Friday high volume. I had to reschedule the delivery with them. I received the dishwasher with good packaging. However when I opened unpacked it and opened it, there was water dripping from the inner side. Was it a used one? Or refurbished one???? A big question mark in my mind. I didn’t bother to contact them again. The customer service was just useless. Would never buy product on this website never them
