I was happy with the speed & efficiency of your business once I ordered my product, however I still haven't received it. I had an email on 8 January stating that the product had been picked up by the courier and as I hadn't received it by the 15 January I contacted Aramex and was told it would be looked into. I then received another email on the same day stating that it could be 12 business days before I receive it. I'm not happy about the length of time this is taking I could have gone to a shop to buy it and I would have had it the same day.
