Ordering from Appliance Central (Order 196681) was very good and I had no issues with the web siite. However Appliance Central was let down by the delivery agent Aramex. The initial pickup was on the 11Jan2024 but not scheduled for deivery to Wentworth Falls until the 15Jan2024. I was notified due to running out of time, it would be delivered the next day. On the 16Jan2024, the same "Out of Time" happened again and the package we "Returned to Sender" on the 17Jan2024. On the 19Jan2024, the delivery was attempted again and a calling card left (CCA1005499870). I contacted Aramex re MP0031638738 and they said they would arrange the redelivery. That did not happen. I note that on the Aramax web tracking page they show additional calling cards left... but no cards were in my mail box. I phoned Appliance Central and it was arranged that the delivery would be on thursday 1Feb2024. Now that did not occur. Supposedly a delivery as attempted on 2Feb2024 and a calling card left. Again, no calling card was left in the mail box. I also was home and in the front of the house watching the front gate for the delivery. No-one came at all. On the 5Feb2024, I was notified that the delivery was "Undeliverable Freight". As i could not get to the Sydney Depot to pick up the Blu-ray Player, I have cancelled the order and arranged for a refund. I would line to thank the appliance central girl on the phone for her excellence assistance in helping me to get the initial redelivery. She was very good with her customer service. I ensured that my mobile phone information was on the order to help with the delivery. Aramex delivery leaves a lot to be desired and has let down Appliance Central with this insane delivery.
