We ordered a washing machine online over the Christmas period. Whilst the pricing of the washing was well below competitors, the washing machine was on back order. The back order issue was obviously out of AC's control but on contacting AC three times by telephone and one visit to their Villawood showroom we were left with the very clear impression that the robotic staff could not have cared less about the order status of the washing machine or when we would receive it. Their operating style was to have us either order another washing machine or refund us the purchase price which all sounds fair but we wanted this particular brand of washing machine. Some five weeks on from the order we received the washing machine so all is good. I guess it was just the uncertainty of whether our purchase would ever arrive combined with very poor customer service skills.
