Unfortunately my parcel was not delivered.
It seems that the couriers, Aramex, delivered it to the incorrect address.
The Appliance Team have made every effort to find and deliver this parcel. I thank them for that.
I still would like my parcel. Is there any way of a reimbursement ? I do need the parcel, and will have to go to a different company for this purchase.
