Communication regarding item purchased was lacking in updates. I had to contact the company to get an update on my item. I understand things happen but effective communication needs to be more of a priority to customers as it shows the company cares about you as a valued customer & will make the customer want to return to purchase more. Sadly I won't be in any hurry to return for any future purchases at this point due to my concerns over communication matter.
You have great prices for products & that's great but it's not all that matters to me when purchasing from a company.
