I had arranged delivery of my LG 12kg front loader washing machine on a Tuesday. The delivery did not materialize, nobody phoned me. However, the following day Wednesday I received a call to say the delivery was coming. When item was delivered and the guys where just about to leave when my wife asked why it was not connected as per the instructions, the guy said they do not connect driers, but my wife said we did not order a dryer but a washing machine. They said they were sorry and brought the washing machine. After the connection was leaking, the machine would not complete a wash signifying a OE Error. The office could not arrange for anyone to fix the problem - this was poor service at its core.
