The prices for the products were great and the quality was impressive. However, the delivery service was extremely disappointing. After waiting for a week, the package seemed to be stuck in the same place for over 5 days before it finally moved. When the delivery finally arrived, the delivery person seemed careless and caused damage to the product. It appeared that the parcels were just stacked on top of each other in the delivery van, rather than being properly handled in a truck. I observed the delivery person mishandling our TV and even noticed them banging it against the front door. To add to the frustration, the delivery person had a thick accent and a rather dismissive attitude, which made communication difficult. The entire experience left me feeling incredibly frustrated, and I truly hope that there will be significant improvements in the delivery service.
