The product description made no reference to the need to hire skilled electricians to connect to a separate switchboard vs plugging into the existing mains.
This cost me almost as much as the product itself.
When I asked to return the item based on doubling the cost and poor description, I was told yes at my own expense and they would deduct 20% to restock something that hasn't been opened - Disgusting profiteering.
I will never buy from these guys again but they wont care.
