The Appliance Central pricing and the option for free installation were fantastic. I purchased several white goods for my elderly mother and opted for the free installation. However, the delivery team let us down when they insisted that a plumber was needed to install the washing machine. After they left, I consulted with the building management who informed me that this wasn't the case; the delivery person simply didn't remove the cap, which can be easily removed with a finger. The management suggested that I contact the company if I had paid extra for installation for refund. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to resolve this issue as I had to travel abroad for work for a few weeks. I'm quite disappointed with the outcome.
