The product was exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately their courier company were hopeless.
No one was home on first delivery attempt and as the parcel required a signature they left a card. I booked & paid for redirection to my workplace only for the courier to return 2 days later and just leave the parcel at my front door, and I get the notification that I have signed for the delivery!
