No problem with purchase and delivery. However, a DVD recorder is a fragile item and should have the word FRAGILE clearly marked on the outside. The box had this on it but it had been covered in thin black plastic. This arrived torn and the box had two visible dents. Luckily the recorder does not seem to have been damaged and is working well as far as I can see.
