Communication was great, had a lovely chat with reception on estimated time of arrival with my purchase, the driver rang me to say he’d be at my address at a certain time on the day and he turned up on time, l wasn’t home so my wife accepted the delivery and said driver brought the appliance onto the premises.
Everyone was happy
4 out of 5 is pretty good but no one or company is perfect.
