Congratulations. I am 65 years of age and you have delivered me the worst Retail experience of my life. It started with the delivery of my new fridge. The Couriers tried once to get the fridge in the door (which should have been wide enough according to your specifications) then gave up after one attempt and left it at our door. After numerous attempts to get it moved I had to pay Removalists $300. They came in, slipped the door off its hinges and took the fridge straight in. It took 5 minutes. Then as pert of my deal i rang to have the old fridge removed. Your people confirmed the date then no one showed up. I was given another date then informed half way through the day it too had been cancelled. A third booking was made and yet again it was a no show. I then made other arrangements. During this whole time I contacted your support staff on 5 occaisions and in each instance was told they would get back to me with the answer to my question. Not one called back and when I asked to speak specifically with whom I had been speaking I was always told it was there day off or they were in a meeting. Your back up service is non existant and rest assured I will be making comments to this extent on various Social media platforms over the next few days
