Product in stock and at a competitve price, delivered as per std delivery.
Product is fine but efforts to discuss a new issue revealed large restock fee if you want to return and item (25% I think) and some difficulty in communication requiring repetion after misunderstandings of whta I was saying.
I was advised to email sales which I did immediately and havent heard back (not even an acknowledgement after over 24 hours during standard week day, SOO I'm thinking perhaps not the greatest after sale service and possibly? they just want to get things sold and then discourage any further customer contact. I could be wrong? Maybe too early to tell?
