The purchase of a new washing machine was smooth and the price was good but during the installation a fault was made by the third party installer. This fault would interfere with the correct operation of the washing machine and might cause long-term water leakage. We are now 1.5 weeks without a working washing machine in a household of five. And I spent several hours on the phone trying to get things organised. While Appliance Central has organised a repair at their cost (the right thing to do) this has taken far too much time to warrant a high satisfaction score.
