Appliance Central is great, unfortunately the courier company they use, Aramex is not so good. Their customer service is hopeless, they never reply to the online chat, request for redelivery on a specific date doesn't work. Fortunately the local delivery driver took it upon himself to call me. One and a half weeks later I received my parcel. Fast Way became Aramex but will always remain Slow Way!
