Ordered a fridge & a washing machine back in November to be delivered in Jan, the fridge got delayed by 2 additional weeks, had to call twice and ask why the delay was. Common courtesy would be to give me a call and update, but I guess they just forgot to do that. Delivery staff was friendly & professional, advised me how to use the appliances. Overall I’d give 3/5, nothing more, nothing less.
