Price, good. AC phone manner, average. We needed a new frig ASAP, and AC was able to deliver quickly and on time. I would have liked the product to have been unpacked in the kitchen area to avoid any floor damage but the delivery team were not very receptive. My only concern was 2 barely perceptable dents on the front door that occasionally catches my eye in the right light but the unit (Electrolux) is performing well and it is not worth pursuing the issue.
