The purchasing process itself was efficient and straightforward, with prompt dispatch and no complications. However, the delivery experience with your logistics partner, ARAMEX, was disappointing and significantly detracted from the overall online shopping journey. On the day of delivery, ARAMEX sent a notification at 8:07 AM, leaving minimal time to make necessary arrangements, especially since a signature was required. Their online rescheduling system failed to function properly, and attempts to resolve the issue via live chat were frustrating, the agent ended the conversation before I could even respond. Worse still, after rescheduling, no further updates were provided apart from a vague message indicating a 48-hour delay. When trying to get more clarity through their website, I was prompted to create an account just to access basic delivery updates. Overall, while your ordering process is seamless, the poor service provided by ARAMEX severely affects the customer experience. I would suggest reevaluating this delivery partnership
