Heater arrived damaged. I phoned and was asked to send photos, did so and still didn't receive a reply. Called again and was told we would need to repackage it, a courier would collect it and then we would need to wait to receive a replacement heater. I asked if we could receive the replacement and organise pickup at the same time but this was denied, so we would be without the heater for at least 2 weeks. This is a disappointing result and has not been adequately resolved.
