After receiving a Westinghouse electric kettle, that is being marketed as "deluxe glass kettle" (on Westinghouse website; Appliance Central has almost no description in the listing) and seeing that it has a lot of plastic parts that would be in direct contact with water, I created a refund request. The request has been ignored for almost 3 weeks, there has even been no email confirmation of this request. Very disappointing.
In the meantime the listing for this kettle model shows that it would be a "Back order" and that the stock is too low. So even with insufficient stock Appliance Central are ignoring the possibility of this return.
